dressups by Tina is owned and operated by Eisenmenger Enterprises Pty Ltd, a registered business under ABN 11 430 895 687.  Customers please note that all prices displayed include Goods and Services tax as listed in product descriptions.

As an online store no shop front is available for customers to visit, and as such goods need to be ordered online.  If you experience any difficulties with this please contact us by email for assistance.  Orders are posted to customers after payment has been received as cleared funds and after your goods have been made.  Collection is only available by prior arrangement, provided a mutually convenient collection time is available.

Customer contact is via email as this enables us to keep our costs to a minimum.  Please email your enquiry to tina@dressups.com.au or sales@kindysheets.com.au and we will reply as soon as possible and provided we have received your email, we will always send a reply.  If an answer to your enquiry has not been received please check you SPAM or junk email box.  Occasionally emails do go astray, so if you have not received an answer to your question please assume this is the case and resend your request.

Please note that we do not phone customers direct, however you are welcome to contact us on 0411 242 448.  Please note that we may not be available to answer the phone at the time of your call, and respond to phone calls via email.  Please ensure you leave your email details at the time of your call or email your enquiry, as this is generally the fastest way to contact us.  We thank you for your understanding.

We suggest you read the following information provided on our site prior to ordering as this is included in our terms and conditions:

All kindy sheets offered for sale are for use on kindergarten beds where teachers supervise children. They are not suitable for use on Baby Cots or children’s beds or for use in the home. By requesting an order through us you are accepting our terms as stated and agree to pay for all requested goods and their postage.

We accept no responsibility for delays in processing caused by circumstances beyond our control including: network or broadband connection problems and/or bank processing delays.  Please check Order and Delivery Information for variations or delays to standard processing times.

We accept no responsibility for delays in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control where we have sent or lodged your parcel with the transport company or Australia Post within the required time frames.

We take care to package all orders well and accept no responsibility for damage caused during delivery by the transport company or Australia Post, which are beyond our control.

We do not begin processing your order until payment has been received.  If you choose to cancel you order after this time a cancellation fee up to 25% of the purchase price may be charged at our discretion to cover expenses incurred.

Postage costs calculated during the checkout process are for orders within Australia.  All goods on the site are subject to variation as different fabric batches have subtle differences in colour and materials aren’t always available. However, the finished items are always of the same value and quality as those shown on the site and we will notify you of any major adjustments when we process your order.
