At dressups by Tina we aim to provide quality products at reasonable prices.  We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions of all products, however at times misprints may accidentally occur. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your concern and arrange for a refund or replacement, if appropriate.

Please note that any items returned for a refund or replacement should be returned to us in the same condition they arrive in – unworn/unwashed, within 14 days and posted at your cost. Refund or replacement is only available where the product was not listed correctly or was not as described or faulty. We do not offer a refund/replacement where you have simply changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size.

It is essential that you contact us to discuss your concern prior to returning any goods to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding and to obtain a return authorisation code prior to posting.

We also recommend that you send you parcel using a trackable method of dispatch – such as an Australia post parcel satchel, express post parcel satchel or registered post.  Always record the satchel number, date and location of dispatch.  We cannot process any refunds/returns until you parcel is received by us.

Where items have been worn a refund will only be given when we deem the item has a manufacturing fault or was not accurately described.  No refund/replacement is available where the damage is deemed to be caused during wear and is not a manufacturing fault.

Replacement may not be available for items: no longer stocked; in the ‘Specials – Sale items’ category; or for custom made merchandise.
